Is it possible to pay in instalments?

Yes. We understand that financial flexibility is important, and we offer the option to pay for the program in instalments. To get started, you can make an initial payment of £480 + VAT. Afterward, you can spread the remaining balance over four equal monthly instalments of £480 + VAT, which will be automatically charged according to the agreed schedule. In the event of an unsuccessful payment, your access may be temporarily suspended until the payment is made.

Furthermore, your company, having gone through the program, will be well-prepared for ISO 14001 certification. To obtain the official certification, however, it will be necessary to arrange and undergo an independent certification audit conducted by an accredited certification body. How much time do I need?

The programme is planned for 14 weeks. Each week will include dedicated training videos of a total length of 2-3 hours. The implementation side of it may take you at least the same amount of time. Depending on your attendance, your company existing environmental documentation, and how quickly you can pick things up and action will depend on how long that implementation period would take you. If you do not have time and will be doing it just a few minutes a day, it’s going to take you longer, whereas if you can block out all mornings or afternoons to do this, you’re going to get this sooner. Also, depending on the size and involvement of your implementation team.

What are the start and end dates of the programme?

The programme offers the flexibility to embark on your individual learning path, allowing you to start and attend at a time that suits your schedule best. Do I need an implementation team?

While you, as the implementation leader, can go through certain parts of the programme independently, involving your team is crucial for effective implementation of the system. To ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process, it is highly recommended to have functional or process owners actively engaged in the implementation.
Allocating a team member from each department within your company can significantly facilitate the implementation process, making it easier and faster. As the implementation leader, you will coordinate the overall implementation efforts, but having a cross-functional team will be instrumental in achieving success. Specifically, in Modules 3 and 5, it is essential to have all hands on board. The heads of departments and functional owners of various processes will need to be actively involved, each in their respective activity areas. By involving a dedicated implementation team, you can leverage the expertise and knowledge from different departments, ensuring a comprehensive and well-rounded implementation of the system. This collaborative approach will enhance the effectiveness of the implementation process and increase the likelihood of achieving the desired outcomes.

I already was on an EMS training how it is different?
